At Shoreline Medical, our strength comes from the people who dedicate their time, knowledge, and compassion to supporting the health of our community. Our team is made up of committed board members, ex-officio representatives, physicians, and staff, all working together toward a common goal: to connect more residents of the Saanich Peninsula with accessible, high-quality primary care.
From governance and oversight to frontline patient care, each member of our organization plays an important role in ensuring Shoreline Medical continues to grow, innovate, and respond to the evolving needs of our patients. We are proud to serve our community and remain dedicated to building a stronger, healthier future for everyone who calls the Peninsula home.
Board Members
Dr. Andrea Lewis
Chair
Dr. Andrea Lewis is a Palliative Care Physician and Chair of the Shoreline Society Board, where she has served since 2016, first as Co-Chair and now as Chair. She recently retired from her Shoreline Family Practice after 28 years in Sidney and continues to provide palliative and inpatient care at the Saanich Peninsula Hospital.
Dr. Arlo Green
Treasurer & Secretary
Dr. Arlo Green is a Family Physician and interim Treasurer of the Shoreline Medical Society Board, where he has served since 2024 and chairs the Finance Committee. After two years working as a locum, he established his full-time family practice in 2020 and also provides inpatient care at the Saanich Peninsula Hospital.
Dr. Molly Forrester
Director
Dr. Molly Forrester is a Family Physician and Maternity Specialist who has practiced at Shoreline Medical since 2016, providing full-scope family medicine including inpatient and maternity care.
Inspired by humanitarian work, she has volunteered in Zimbabwe, Sri Lanka, and Kenya, and is committed to accessible primary care and improved health outcomes worldwide.
Dr. Ambrose Marsh
Director
Dr. Ambrose Marsh has served the Saanich Peninsula since 1985, including as Chief of Staff at Saanich Peninsula Hospital from 2000 to 2017.
He joined the Shoreline Board to support primary care locally and continues palliative care and cancer screening work in Tanzania with his wife, Dr. Leah Norgrove.
Stephen Long
Director
Dr. Stephen Long is Professor Emeritus at Royal Roads University, specializing in organizational behaviour and change. He chairs the Governance Committee of the Shoreline Board and brings extensive experience serving on local non-profit boards.
Dan Perrins
Director
Dan Perrins served in the Saskatchewan Public Service for 36 years, including as Deputy Minister to the Premier and in senior roles in health, education, and social services. He later taught at the Johnson Shoyama Graduate School of Public Policy and brings deep governance and policy experience to the Shoreline Board.
Adam Olsen
Director
Adam Olsen (SȾHENEP) served as MLA for Saanich North and the Islands with the B.C. Green Caucus from 2017 to 2024, following two terms as Councillor for the District of Central Saanich. A member of Tsartlip First Nation, he brings extensive experience in public service, community engagement, and relationship-building to the Shoreline Board.
Jan Kernaghan
Director
Jan Kernaghan is a retired lawyer with experience in human rights, health governance, and the court system. She chaired the Prince Albert District Health Board during a major regional restructuring and now brings her governance expertise to support Shoreline’s mission of accessible, sustainable primary care.
Liseanne Forand
Director
Liseanne Forand is a retired public servant with over thirty years’ experience in policy and service delivery. She was the founding Deputy Minister of Shared Services Canada and has served as Chair of the CHEO Foundation Board and as a Commissioner on the BC Treaty Commission. She joined Shoreline to support accessible primary care in her community.
Karen Morgan
Director
Karen Morgan is the retired CEO of the Saanich Peninsula Hospital and Healthcare Foundation, where she led fundraising for over two decades. An active community volunteer, she has been recognized with the Diamond and Platinum Jubilee Awards and the King Charles Coronation Medal. Her commitment to a strong healthcare system inspired her role in founding Shoreline Medical Society.
Karen Cameron
Director
Karen Cameron is a Chartered Professional Accountant and founding partner of Cameron Izard Snell LLP, where she advised clients in business, tax, and accounting until retiring in 2023. She serves as Treasurer of the Victoria Foundation and has lived on the Saanich Peninsula for 30 years. Her expertise in finance and commitment to primary care guide her work on the Shoreline Board.

Dr. Sienna Bourdon
Medical Director @ Brentwood Bay Clinic
Dr. Sienna Bourdon is a Family Physician providing full-service care, including hospital inpatient and long-term care. She is Medical Director of Shoreline Medical’s Brentwood clinic, President of the Saanich Peninsula Hospital Medical Staff Association, and an active medical educator. She is passionate about leadership, healthcare improvement, and systemic change.
