To My Dear Patients,
Since opening my practice in Brentwood Bay in September 2000, it has been my pleasure to provide medical care to a wonderful group of people. Unfortunately, as I approach my 68th birthday, the time has come for me to retire and my last day will be Friday, April 12th, 2024.
However, before you start to panic at this news, I want to assure you that Shoreline will be arranging a new primary care provider for you and that they will be notifying you via Pomelo (for those who have signed on to this service) by March 22, 2024.
During this transition phase, please do not telephone the office to inquire the name of your new primary care provider. Our staff will not be able to answer your questions and it will create more telephone confusion. I would be very grateful if you could wait until you are contacted.
As of April 1st, 2024, you will be able to book with your new primary care provider via Pomelo or by phone.
