Dr. Molly Forrester was inspired to pursue medicine after the humanitarian organization Médecins Sans Frontières was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 1999. This interest was furthered through subsequent volunteer trips to a mission hospital in Zimbabwe.
She completed her Honours Bachelor of Science at the University of Toronto and subsequently attended medical school at McMaster University. In 2011, she moved from the Toronto area to Victoria to complete her training in family medicine. In addition to office-based family medicine, she offers maternity care and in-hospital care at Saanich Peninsula Hospital.
When not working, Molly loves being outside…running, biking, trying (failing) to surf and playing soccer with her husband and 3 young children.
