Dr. Ruth Caden graduated with honours from The Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI) in 2011. Following her internship in Beaumont Hospital Dublin, she worked in Royal Perth Hospital, Australia. She returned to Ireland in 2013 and completed her GP residency program in 2017. She is a member of the Irish College of General Practitioners and the Canadian College of Family Physicians.

Dr. Molly Forrester was inspired to pursue medicine after the humanitarian organization Médecins Sans Frontières was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 1999. This interest was furthered through subsequent volunteer trips to a mission hospital in Zimbabwe. She completed her Honours Bachelor of Science at the University of Toronto and subsequently attended medical school at McMaster University.

Dr Fiona Coleman grew up in Zambia and then South Africa completing her MBChB in Cape Town, South Africa in 1986. She has worked in a variety of hospital and clinic settings in South Africa, the UK, and Canada, both rural and urban-based.

This included a 2-year stint up in the Arctic on Baffin Island and locums in Saskatchewan and Northern BC.
